How Long is Your Indoor Walking Track?
Our walking/running track is 1/12 of a mile. For your mile, it would be 12 laps. The two inner lanes are walking lanes and the outer lane is a running lane. It wraps around the free weights, classroom and cardio/machine area.

Yes, we do have separate men’s and women’s Infrared Saunas. They are located in each perspective locker room.

8000 square feet of quality turf. 60 yards in length is used for speed and agility, Parisi speed school and many other activities.

Not yet! We do have two mobile basketball hoops. and are going to be getting an actual basketball court in the near future plus more basketball hoops for more kids can play.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club have showers and bathrooms, and offer lockers.
